Created by Cabo Wabo’s celebrated executive chef, Tacho Kneeland, Cabo Wabo’s limited-edition pork belly tacos are made with fried pork belly topped with radishes, guacamole, red onion, cilantro and queso fresca, and served in a corn tortilla. Each plate comes with three tacos along with a side of rice, beans and tomatillo avocado salsa, priced at $17.95.
Additional taco favorites include Cabo Wabo’s popular carne asada tacos, made with grilled steak topped with salsa arbol, avocado, cilantro and onion, served on corn tortillas; and grilled shrimp tacos, topped with shredded lettuce, red onion, tomato, cilantro and chipotle aioli, served on corn tortillas; among others.
Guests can pair their tacos with one of Cabo Wabo’s signature cocktails including the “Tamarind Margarita,” made with Sammy’s own Santo Blanco Tequila, lime juice, Triple Sec and house-made tamarind syrup, served on the rocks; or house-made Sangria, available in rojo and blanco; among other favorites.
