Sarah M. Thomas, Esq., partner at Mead Law Group LLP, has been consistently honored for her excellence in the field of law.

Thomas represents public and private owners, developers, contractors, specialty contractors, and construction managers.

As a partner of Mead Law Group LLP, Ms. Thomas has significant experience in complex construction disputes, mechanic’s liens, defending residential construction defect claims, defending and pursuing commercial deficiency in design and construction claims, and defending and pursuing delay claims. In addition to litigation matters, Thomas’ practice includes drafting contracts for small and large commercial projects. She also has experience in other areas of commercial litigation, including general contract disputes, financial services litigation, and other general civil litigation matters.
Thomas practices law in Nevada and Colorado, as well as the Supreme Court of Nevada; Supreme Court of Colorado; United States District Court, District of Nevada; United States District Court, District of Colorado. Ms. Thomas obtained her Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and Juris Doctor from William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
She is a member of the American Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division and Forum on Construction Law; State Bar of Nevada; State Bar of Colorado; and Clark County Bar Association. Ms. Thomas has contributed to books, articles, and seminars on construction law topics.
