Vegas’ newest swanky piano bar, lounge and intimate nightlife venue to open to the public with champagne cocktails and live music nightly
Bar and entertainment magnate Eduardo Cordova debuts the highly anticipated Star Piano Cocktail Lounge, a champagne cocktail lounge with live music nightly and lost Vegas glamour, on Friday, August 27th – located in the historical former Sonny’s Saloon on Sammy Davis Jr. Drive.
Star Piano Cocktail Lounge will transport guests to the heyday of the Rat Pack era with its moody vintage light tunnel entrance, nightly musical performances, and lively yet intimate venue with champagne surprises around every turn. With old fashioned Vegas effervescence and a modern twist, Star Piano Cocktail Lounge will boast signature champagne libations like the Starstruck(Campo Viejo Rose Cava, Absolut Watermelon, Aperol, cranberry, lemon, garnished with electric dust) and Strawberry Fields(Perrier Jouet, muddled strawberries, Campari, lemon, garnished with lemon and strawberry slice) and Down the Rabbit Hole (GH Mumm, Rabbit Hole Cavehill, mint sprigs, bitters, dash of Absinthe), alongside a refreshing wine, beer, and cocktail menu. Reminiscent of the laid-back but vibrant Vegas revelry, Star Piano Cocktail Lounge provides an intimate atmosphere for endless celebration throughout the night.
Entertainment Director Chris Lash will curate live musical talent for Star Piano Cocktail Lounge with a lineup including crooners from Broadway and Vegas stages like Josh Strickland, Ruby Lewis, Travis Cloer and Savannah Smith accompanied nightly by rotating pianists Sarah Hester Ross, Andrew Tyler, Mike Spadoni, Adam Saxe, Matt Fetbrandt, and Nicholas Connell performing on Star’s signature red piano. Additional talent will include The Moonshiners, Chase Brown, Edie, Therese Curatolo, Olivia Kuper Harris and more.
The fully modernized central cocktail lounge will be framed with a plush velvet banquette and other chic furnishings that nod to the glamour of Vegas’ past – with a vintage chandelier to illuminate and allow patrons to catch a glimpse of the surroundings as live entertainment creates an upbeat vibe throughout the entire space. The property renovation also brings special hidden features meant to be discovered throughout like an homage to the late Robin Leach and bar stools with golden name plates of not soon-forgotten Vegas stars and starlets.
Star Piano Cocktail Lounge is located at 3449 S Sammy Davis Jr. Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89109; and will be open seven days a week for guests to enjoy G. H.
