Madero Street Tacos Serving Up Four New Menu Items

Birria Taquitos, Vegan Fried Avocado Tacos, and Carne Asada Fries – Oh My!

Madero Street Tacos, Downtown Las Vegas’ chef-driven taco spot, has expanded its menu to include four exciting new items. Adding to their list of freshly made tacos and burritos, guests can now enjoy Birria Taquitos Ahogada, Fried Avocado Tacos, Carne Asada Fries, and Deep-Fried Oreos!! While most of Madero Street’s food is inspired by the recipes of Chef Francisco Alvarez’s family and the traditions of Jalisco & D.F., these dishes are more creative inspirations for our downtown family.

Birria Taquitos Ahogada ($14)

Three deep fried shredded beef taquitos drenched in homemade consome and topped with an onion and cilantro mix, Oaxaca cheese, and salsa roja. *This dish is dine-in only.*

Fried Avocado Tacos ($4 A La Carte, $15 taco trio with black beans & spanish rice) *Vegan*

Golden fried fresh avocados topped with purple and green cabbage slaw mix, fresh pico, Madero sauce, lime wedge.

Carne Asada Fries ($15)

Crisp french fries topped with our carne asada, house made asadero cheese sauce, fresh pico, Madero sauce, house sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro.

Deep Fried Oreos ($5)

Four deep fried Oreos topped with sweet milk & powdered sugar.

“Everyone loves fried food in the Summer, so we decided to have some fun with a couple new recipes and a couple of classics,” says Chef Francisco. “We missed the fried Oreos on Fremont Street, so we brought them back!”

Opened in early 2021 in Downtown Las Vegas’ Carson Street restaurant row, Madero Street Tacos serves up street tacos and burritos inspired by the culture of Mexico City’s bustling Madero Street. Executive Chef Francisco Alvarez, a first generation Mexican-American and Strip veteran, combines his experience and passion to deliver authentic, inspired street food. He is committed to using the best ingredients available and making everything possible in house, from the masa for tortillas to the crema and salsas.

Open Monday – Saturday from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. and closed on Sundays.
