Churro Waffles
Now serving every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., brunch enthusiasts will have the opportunity to curate the perfect omelet, starting with their choice of locally sourced eggs or egg whites before continuing to a selection of farm fresh ingredients including Chorizo, Bacon, Carne Asada, Mushrooms, Heirloom Tomatoes, Spinach, Asparagus, Onions, Oaxacan and Monterey Jack Cheese.
Brunch goers can also add their choice of heat with ghost chilis; new house-made sauces including the Chipotle Hollandaise sauce, a rich, buttery sauce freshened with the lightest touch of lemon and fresh chipotle chiles; or the flaming hot El Dorado Habanero Salsa, slow roasted fiery red tomato, lightly toasted habanero chiles just like in Yucatan, Mexico. (Caution to spice lovers: Very Hot; not for the faint of heart. A little goes a long way.)
Tres Leches French Toast
This customizable culinary adventure is available for $15.99 and comes accompanied by a selection of seasonal fruit and El Dorado Cantina’s signature house potatoes, completing the ultimate brunch experience.
