The trio of bars known as The Cocktail Collective offer three unique ways to watch football’s biggest battle.  At Electra Cocktail Club, guests can watch every pass, tackle, and touchdown on the digital display that spans 40 feet and features 70 million pixels. The Dorsey is also providing guests with optimal viewing from every seat with the addition of eight TVs placed throughout the venue.

Both Electra and The Dorsey will offer special menus and packages for the ultimate Big Game viewing experience. The bars’ Big Game package includes one bottle of choice: Ketel One, Don Julio, or Crown Royal; a bucket of beer; and mixers. Special menu offerings include pizzas, burgers, wings, and more.  For guests wanting a more intimate game day experience with classic cocktails,  Rosina will also be showing the game.

VALENTINE’S DAY

WAKUDA

They say the way to a person’s heart is through a great meal. WAKUDA, by two Michelin star chef Tetsuya Wakuda, has curated a special nine-course tasting menu for Valentine’s Day. Each course has been carefully created and placed in strategic order to capture the divine combination of flavors and prepare the palate for what’s to come.

Known as the food of love, oysters are first on the menu, complete with rice wine vinaigrette and smoked ocean trout roe.  They are followed by Chūtoro, grilled Canadian black cod, live scallop crudo, Wagyu and the chef’s selection of sushi and rolls. For the ninth and final course, guests will delight in a special dessert called Matcha Love, made from ceremonial green tea with strawberry gelee, served with green tea sponge cake.

Reservations are recommended: WAKUDA at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

BRERA OSTERIA

The Valentine’s Day tasting menu begins with a flute of Champagne and is followed by three courses with choices of steak tartare, crab posole, lobster ceviche, surf and turf, and grilled pacific halibut. The final course is a choice of strawberry Champagne cheesecake or trés leches cake.

ROMANTIC WAYS TO SAY I LOVE YOU

GONDOLA RIDE

The Gondola Ride
The Gondola Ride

Love is in the air on the Grand Canal. Perfect for a first date or a unique place to pop the question, guests can choose a romantic gondola ride, floating under bridges and balconies while being serenaded by a gondolier.

LOVE – TAKE A SELFIE

Nothing says LOVE like taking a selfie in front of LOVE. An iconic photo spot in the Waterfall Atrium is perfect for Valentine’s Day.  Laura Kimpton’s monumental sculpture spells out the word LOVE with ruby red letters, standing 12 feet tall and collectively spanning 36 feet across.

SAY I DO

One of the most popular dates to tie the knot is February 14, and The Venetian Resort Las Vegas has several beautiful locations to say, “I do.” From a traditional chapel to the serene outdoor Venezia Gardens, or even gliding down the Grand Canal in the white wedding gondola, each venue can be personalized with romantic touches for a picture-perfect wedding.
