Celebrate the end of 2022 with a dinner party and a limited-time menu at one of Las Vegas’ new restaurants, Villa Azur.
Located inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort®, the new restaurant and lounge will offer a prix-fixe menu, priced at $149 for the first seating and $249 for the second seating, with specialty dishes, including:
- Prosciutto and cana de cabra tortellini for amuse-bouche
- Choice of crispy tuna, made with crispy rice, Big Eye tuna, spicy mayonnaise, avocado crema, yakitori sauce and wasabi tako; brie en croute, made with baked brie, puff pastry, fig fam, truffle honey and white truffles; or beef carpaccio, made with black pepper aioli, arugula, parigianno reggiano and pine nuts
- Celery root fennel soup with fennel foam
- Main course choice of 8 oz. prime beef tenderloin served with sauteed spinach, carrot puree and bordelaise sauce; Dover Sole Meuniere, a whole fish fileted with caper, lemon and brown butter prepared tableside; half roasted chicken, made with foie gras chicken jus, celery root puree and baby vegetables; or raviolis de Romans, made with house made ricotta, comte, emmental, truffle, champignon sauce and winter white truffles.
