JING Las Vegas
On Thanksgiving Day, JING Las Vegas will be open from 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. The menu will feature the following culinary specials, each with a la carte pricing:
- Foie Gras Torchon ($26) – Elderflower, Persimmon Fruits, Honey & Black Pepper Gastrique, Brioche Toast Points
- King Salmon Salmon Oshizushi ($21) – Crispy Sushi Rice, Yuzu Sudachi Vinaigrette
- Thanksgiving Roasted Turkey ($38) – Japanese Chestnut & Turkey Leg Roulade, Almond & Haricot Vert Savory Turkey Stuffing, Sweet Potato Gratin Citrus Cranberry Relish, Honey Cardamom Spiced Honey Jus
- Choice of Pecan Pie or Pumpkin Pie ($12) – Pecan Pie, spiced walnuts, vanilla ice cream or Pumpkin Pie, vanilla chantilly, sea salt caramel ice cream

On Black Friday, JING Las Vegas will be operating on regular hours, from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. JING has an ongoing gift card special where guests can get 20% back to them on a gift card when purchasing a gift card for any amount. However, on Black Friday, JING is offering a special promotion. Guests 21+ can purchase a gift card between the amounts of $50 – $1000 and 30% is gifted back to them in the form of a JING gift card on this day only.
