New tenants to enhance the Fremont Street dining experience
Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino will welcome two new fan-favorite restaurants this year, Hot N Juicy Crawfish in September and Yama Sushi early next year, adding to its impressive collection of dining experiences.
As part of the revitalization of 3rd Street, Downtown Grand continues to expand its footprint with elevated and eclectic food and beverage offerings, activating the dynamic pedestrian corridor to Fremont Street.
Known for its signature Cajun fare, Hot N Juicy Crawfish opens its fifth location in Nevada, totaling 14 locations nationwide, catering to the spicy cravings of Downtown Las Vegas visitors. Neighboring the upscale steakhouse Triple George Grill, the acclaimed casual eatery adopts 8,750 square feet of ground-floor space offering a range of fresh and flavorful specials for a customizable experience.
Available by the pound with choice of seasoning and spice level, guests can choose from crawfish, Dungeness, blue crab, snow or king crab legs, green or black mussels, clams, shrimp and lobster. Guests can also add raw oysters, calamari, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, potato fries, pork skin, catfish and etouffee. Hot N Juicy is located on the corner of 3rd Street and Stewart Avenue, across from The Mob Museum and is open from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. – 12 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
Debuting winter 2022/23 with its delectable sushi selection, Yama Sushi is a popular local favorite bringing its fourth Las Vegas area location to downtown. Occupying 6,710 square feet on the ground floor, Yama Sushi offers an extensive à la carte or all-you-can-eat menu serving a variety of nigiri, specialty rolls, hand rolls and cut rolls – also, soups, salads, dessert and a classic drink menu featuring a selection of house wine, beer and soft drinks. Conveniently located on 3rd Street at Ogden Avenue, Yama Sushi is open from 11 a.m. – 12 a.m. Monday through Sunday.
