100% of Proceeds from the Limited Menu Pairing to be Donated to the Human Trafficking Non-profit
Saffron, The Vegetarian Eatery, Vegas’ newest vegetarian and vegan Southeast-Asian restaurant located in Chinatown, announced its fundraising initiative in support of the Chai Lai Orchid, an elephant sanctuary that combats exploitation and trafficking by providing homes, education, and employment to marginalized women. The limited time menu pairing begins Sunday, Mar. 13 and will be offered through Sunday, Mar. 27.

Cocktail—Blue Elephant Martini, this vibrant cocktail
From Mar. 13 to Mar. 27, community members can experience the limited time signature items as a pairing or individually to support the Cha Lai Orchid to provide support and assistance to its elephant sanctuary and women and children being impacted by human trafficking.
The Cha Lai Orchard Menu Pairing:
Entree—Cha Lai Money Bags, this vegan dish features lightly fried coin-bag dumplings filled with sauteed mushrooms and spinach, scallions, shallots and ginger, on top of house made green curry.
Cocktail—Blue Elephant Martini, this vibrant cocktail features Malibu rum, Blue Curacao, simple syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, pina colada sugar rim, and an edible viola.
Saffron, The Vegetarian Eatery is located on 3545 S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV, 89103 in famous Chinatown. The hours of operation are Tuesday-Saturday, from 5 to 10 p.m.
