Popular dining destination to offer dine-in and to-go Thanksgiving meals
Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin, will offer Thanksgiving meals, available within the restaurant, as well as to-go.
Thanksgiving dishes will include butternut squash bisque, priced at $12 or fall chopped salad with baby gem lettuce, croutons, roasted tomatoes, and feta cheese tossed in a pear vinaigrette, priced at $14; brined, herb-encrusted turkey with cranberry sauce and gravy, priced at $29; vegetarian pasta verde with spaghetti, zucchini, and roasted poblano cream, priced at $24; an array of sides including sweet potato puree with marshmallow fluff, sausage and fennel stuffing, haricot vert with preserved Meyer lemon, and loaded mashed potatoes, priced at $9 each; and sweet potato pie with spice maple Chantilly, pecan brittle, vanilla ice cream and bourbon caramel sauce, priced at $12.

For those who prefer to dine at home, the “Thanksgiving To-Go” menu includes a full spread of an herb roasted whole turkey; sweet potato puree with marshmallow fluff; sausage and fennel stuffing; haricot vert with preserved Meyer lemon; loaded mashed potatoes; and a choice of apple or pumpkin pie. The meal is priced at $265 and serves eight to10 people.
Orders can be placed through Nov. 20 by visiting the website here and by calling (702) 797-7344. Meals can be picked up on Wednesday, Nov. 24 from 5 – 8 p.m. or on Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 25, from 9 a.m. – noon.
