Opening today, this modern, fast-casual fare focuses on fresh, Italian ingredients – including focaccia made daily at Ellis Island – with menu items easy to enjoy in-room, around the casino floor, or simply to go.

The new Artisan sandwich shop offers a little something for everyone with a tasty menu of small bites and signature artisan sandwiches, along with beverages including house made canned cocktails, Ellis Draft Beer selections, and cold brews. In addition to the Chef Ismaele’s creations, Ellis Island has partnered with Carl’s Donuts for unique donut flavors, all of which will be available in addition to savory pastries and treats.
