The Italian-inspired fine dining concept Bramàre, created by Constantin Alexander and Evan Glusman of Batch Hospitality, is now open at The Collective (3900 Paradise Road) Tuesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 3 a.m. Reservations can be made at bramare.com.
