PT’s Taverns will saddle up for the Kentucky Derby with a viewing party at PT’s Gold, located at 4424 W Spring Mountain Rd., featuring a hat-making station, photo booth, featured dishes and festive cocktails, starting at 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, May 6.
The annual “Run for the Roses” will be broadcast across multiple high-definition TVs inside the tavern for race fans to enjoy while participating in festive activations, such as a hat-making station and photo booth.
Featured dishes will include Hot Brown sliders made with roasted turkey, smoked bacon, Swiss cheese, tomatoes and mornay sauce on brioche and served with a choice of side for $13; shaved ham sandwich with cheddar, pepper jack cheese and jalapeño jam on grilled sourdough with a choice of side for $13; and Kentucky fried bourbon snack wings, five PT’s signature wings with carrots, celery, ranch and choice of side, priced at $14.
A specialty cocktail, the Woodford Spire, will be available for $9 and made with Woodford Reserve bourbon, lemonade, cranberry juice and a lemon twist garnish; and mint juleps made with Old Forester bourbon, simple syrup and mint, will be priced at $9.
