Borracha Mexican Cantina Invite Guests to Try a 5-Pound Burrito to Celebrate National Burrito Day

Get ready to spice up your taste buds at Borracha Mexican Cantina, located at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino, which will offer an oversized, 5-pound burrito to celebrate National Burrito Day from 4 to 10 p.m. on Thursday, April 6.

For $42, guests can feast on a colossal, 5-pound burrito, appropriately named Dos Manos, or “two hands.” The oversized burrito will be stuffed with the choice of steak or chicken, cheese, beans, rice, shredded lettuce, sautéed vegetables and sour cream.

Additionally, Borracha will serve its full menu all day with a selection of its regular burritos, such as the classic bean and cheese burrito, priced at $14; the grilled shrimp burrito, featuring sautéed peppers and onions, and cilantro jalapeño aioli, priced at $19; or the carne asada steak burrito, including chimichurri sauce and chipotle aioli, priced at $19.

Burrito lovers can pair their meals with one of Borracha’s signature cocktails, like the Borracha Bowl, a 32-ounce house margarita, priced at $21; or the Spicy Paloma, a tangy cocktail featuring Volcan Blanco tequila, Ancho Reyes, Aperol, grapefruit juice and lime, priced at $16.
