JING Las Vegas Brunch continues to sizzle on Sunday’s this summer with the arrival of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Emily Simpson, who chose to brunch in the burbs during her stay on the Strip!
Emily Simpson was awaiting the news of whether she would continue with the franchise, and after today’s big announcement of RHOC “cleaning house”, we can all breathe a big sigh of relief! She is returning and in witnessing all of the fanfare while vibe dining at JING, the fans are THRILLED!
Simpson enjoyed a delicious spread of Avocado toast, Tuna Pizza, and the popular Drunken Buddha drink. The cocktail, which originated at Jing in Greenwich Village, features the “Szechuan button”, a magical dandelion-looking flower that gives off an effervescent tingling sensation.
Simpson’s husband Shane joined her at the Downtown Summerlin’s hotspot where he enjoyed a scrumptious Snake River Farms Wagyu Ribeye Cap for brunch.
