Entrepreneurs in action as they accept inventory at waterpark, Cowabunga Bay in Henderson
Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada will host its annual Girl Scout Cookie Mega Drop on Saturday, February 11 from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Three official locations including the signature pick-up location, Cowabunga Bay, will host the annual anticipated event. Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada have ambitiously pre-sold 583,000 cookie orders ahead of Mega Drop.
Girl Scout Troop Leaders and their Girl Scouts make their way to the all-day private event to pick-up for their hungry and anxiously awaiting customers.
All money raised through the Girl Scout Cookie Program remains local and helps girls fund their Girl Scout Leadership Experience and adventures.
Girl Scouts has hosted Mega Drop with waterpark, Cowabunga Bay for years. They provide Girl Scouts and their families with reduced ticket prices, food, and experience packages.

The 2023 year is the last year to get five-dollar cookies. GSSNV (Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada) girls can sell and take orders in person; they can also receive girl-delivered, donations (Care to Share), and mobile cookie orders via the digital platform, Digital Cookie. About Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada
Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada (GSSNV) was founded on April 14, 1932. The first area Troop started in Boulder City, Nevada. Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada currently serves the four Southern-most counties in Nevada: Clark, Lincoln, Nye, Esmeralda, as well as the Southern California counties of Inyo and San Bernardino (eastern border). GSSNV provides STEAM and outdoor programs that promote advancement in girls’ higher education and wellness. The GSSNV council office, shop, and training facility is the result of a Reynolds Building Grant received in 2002. GSSNV moved into our current location at 2941 East Harris Avenue in 2004 continuing the tradition began by Juliette Gordon Low in 1912 of building girls of courage, confidence, and character.
About Cowabunga Bay
Cowabunga Bay in Henderson is a sprawling seasonal water park with multiple slides, a wave pool & a kids’ area, plus restaurants. Cowabunga Bay is now hiring! Also, the park is hosting a blood drive on March 8, 10 – 4pm and opens to the public, March 11 for the 2023 season. (Cowabunga Canyon (former Wet ‘n Wild) is hosting the blood drive, March 1, 10 – 4pm.
