Meats include Carolina Pulled Pork; choice of Pastrami Tri Tip or Brisket; and choice of Hatch Chile and Cheddar Hot Links or Chipotle Cider Glazed Chicken Drumsticks. Sides include a choice of Texas Ranch Beans or Mac and Cheese a choice of Potato Salad or Cole Slaw, with Banana Pudding for dessert.
